Not all oils are created equally: Pure Canola Oil by The Paardeberg Mill Co is made with 100% non-GMO canola seeds that are all locally grown and harvested in the Western Cape.  
This extra virgin, cold-pressed canola oil is a highly stable oil with a high smoke point at around 220 Celsius which makes it perfect for cooking at high temperatures.  
It has a golden colour and a distinctive buttery taste that complements any type of cooking and food.  
Pure Canola Oil by The Paardeberg Mill Co unrefined, non-GMO canola oil has a very long shelf life and it's packed with omegas 3, 6 and 9 and with vitamin E while being very low in saturated fats.  
Cold pressing is a traditional method that preserves the nutritional value and rich natural flavour of the oil. This process is done without the use of heat, chemicals and solvents. Cold-pressed canola oil is dairy- and soy-free and has no cholesterol, no artificial additives or preservatives. It only contains the pure goodness of the canola seeds.
